Total War: Warhammer 3’s patch 2.4 will likely kick off 2023’s string of updates for the grand strategy game, its release date being something we all would like to know more about.
With patch 2.3 now live, Creative Assembly has revealed when we can expect to learn more about Total War: Warhammer 3’s patch 2.4 – and, potentially, its release date – alongside the broader roadmap for the year.
Total War: Warhammer 3 Patch 2.4 Release Date
Total War: Warhammer III’s patch 2.4 wasn’t given a release date until it was pushed to live servers on February 16, 2023.

A State of the Game post was planned for December 2022, in which the developer would “talk a little bit more” about its plans for the coming year, but ultimately failed to materialize.
The update was also not specifically mentioned in Game Director’s Rich Aldridge video from February 2023, before being surprise launched during the same month.
As of February 16, the Immortal Empires mode has left beta and no longer requires ownership of all three games to access. Instead, owners of Warhammer III get access to a core experience, which includes the third title’s base races and lords.
You can then access the races and lords in the previous two titles or DLC by purchasing them. One important note is that DLC “can now be purchased regardless of whether you own the parent title,” as explained in the official patch notes.
That is what you need to know about Total War: Warhammer III’s patch 2.4 release date.
