Terminator: Survivors puts players in an open-world survival experience set within the Terminator universe, unfolding in the aftermath of Judgment Day.
While it’s slated to enter early access for PC on October 24th, you may be curious about potential plans for its release on the PlayStation 5.
Will Terminator: Survivors be released on PlayStation 5?
Nacon has confirmed that versions for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S are currently in development. However, these versions will not be available until the game exits early access, which we expect to happen at some point in 2025.
Terminator: Survivors PlayStation 5 Release Date: 2025.
“He’ll be back!” 🦾🦿👁️ He warned… He’s back in Terminator: Survivors, available October 24, 2024, in Early Access on Steam, before taking the Xbox Series and PS5 by storm! 🤖” said NACON on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Terminator: Survivors will include a 4-player co-op multiplayer mode and a storyline that delves deeper into the lore surrounding Judgment Day and how humanity’s destiny was altered.
Players will have a home base to develop, with essential materials forming the foundation for building defenses, weapons, and equipment necessary to withstand the relentless assault of deadly Terminators lurking in the wilderness.
Crossplay support wasn’t mentioned between the PC and console versions, although we expect to find out more when it exits early access in 2025. Expect a full roadmap in October, which could point to more details on the PlayStation 5 release.
